By uploading pictures, you certify that you are the exclusive copyright holder of each image. you further certify that you have the right to submit the image for publication and have secured the appropriate releases from anyone whose likeness appears in any image.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the publisher in the event that it has been determined that you do not have the right to submit an image for publication, including copyright and privacy release from the model.

License

By submitting an image, you grant us the license to use the image in our social media, on this website, in the magazine, and for any promotional purposes including advertising relating to the promotion of the magazine.

Exclusivity

We do not require exclusivity of any images submitted to our magazine.

Credits

You are responsible for ensuring that the credits are correct in all submissions. Correcting credits may not be possible after submission and may result in an extra fee.
